KIDIVERSE has supervisors monitoring the play zones to ensure the safety of our visitors. However, there are always risks inherent in children playing together. As such, children remain the responsibility of their parents/caretakers and must be supervised closely by them. KIDIVERSE cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur due to carelessness or negligence on the part of the visitors.
Children can use the facility only when accompanied by a responsible adult (above 18years).
One adult can accompany one kid, there will be an extra charge for each additional adult.
Identification may be required, that is, proof of age/ family status.
Please remember to always ask for a receipt upon payment of your ticket.
INR 30 will be charged extra for a game card on the purchase of tickets that includes Arcade Games
Children below the age of 1 year are not allowed to access the play zone.
Please help us keep the play zone clean and safe.
Socks are COMPULSORY for children and adults in the play zone. Wearing shoes or entering
barefoot in the play area is strictly PROHIBITED.
Socks are available for purchase at the reception desk.
Shoes should be neatly placed on the shoe rack.
Any sharp objects like pens, buckles, jewelry, coins, etc. should be removed before entering the play zone.
To minimize any risk of personal injury, children are encouraged to wear trousers or leggings.
No climbing on the sides or exterior parts of the equipment.
Strictly no food or drinks are allowed in the play area.
Children may be asked to leave the play zone if they are found misbehaving, bullying others or not obeying the rules.
Unwell children are advised not to enter the play zone.
Only food and drink purchased at the KIDIVERSE café can be consumed on the premises.
Smoking and chewing gum on the premises is strictly prohibited.
KIDIVERSE reserves the right to deny access or remove anyone from the premises, especially in the event of aggressive/violent behaviour toward other guests or Kidiverse staff. Guests, members, or children causing any damages to the Kidiverse property will be obligated to compensate monetarily for the same.
Management bears no responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Members must show the KIDIVERSE membership card upon entry. Entry may be denied without a card.
Membership cards are strictly non-transferable.
The Kidiverse property is under CCTV surveillance.
Pregnant women, kids with a cast, and people under the influence of drugs and alcohol are strictly not allowed in the play zone.
KIDIVERSE works on a no refund policy.
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to your booking/session to allow time to check in (especially during weekends/holidays).
Booking slots are subject to availability, house waiting rules apply.
KIDIVERSE does not guarantee the availability of all activities on certain busy days and under certain circumstances, activities may be closed due to maintenance/special events.
We request your cooperation to ensure all kids enjoy an awesome experience at KIDIVERSE. All tickets remain the property of KIDIVERSE and cannot be refunded, transferred or resold. They are valid only for the date shown and are void if tampered with.
By purchasing a ticket for or by using any of the facilities of the KIDIVERSE venue, kids, parents, guardians, caretakers, and relatives agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
